There's Nothing Like Snow

I love snow. It is one of my most favorite things in the whole world. Last Saturday (Dec. 1) we woke up to snow here in Vancouver. Man, were we excited. It just so happened that we were celebrating Laura's birthday that day and it created a nice cozy feeling for the festivities. That was one killer party. And it just kept snowing. The next day, Aubrey decided to try to build the most enormous snowman and we were recruited to help. He was amazing. We gave him a tie, a studded belt, a mohawk, webbed feet, and a drink in his hand. I don't think we gave him a name though, sadly. He fell over by the end of the day though which was devastating.

I also tried out the new sport of car sledding. That was fun. I think this should be a new Olympic sport. Maybe then I'll have a better chance of making it the Olympics someday...

Life is continuing to roll on with the pace of lightspeed. Yeah I know. Not really a pace at all. Christmas and our outreach to Russia is just around the corner and at this point I'm not quite ready. I still need some money for my trip, and I'm feeling a little unprepared for it all. I still have some time, but pray for me. And if you want to help me with the financial aspect, check out the link on the sidebar about how to give.

Crazy girl!...and you blame the dent in the car hood on hitting a deer?
